Leadership role in the creation of SCC’s Renewable Energy Program, meeting SCC’s expectations for quality, sustainable designs, and energy efficiency objectives surrounding health, safety, and environmental construction issues, resulting in improved processes saving SCC in terms of power, water and improved indoor air quality. Successful projects with on–time budgets & schedules were A-3 Technical Control Center, Emergency Operation Center, Navy’s Command Center, EPA’s Conference Center and was awarded the NASA Management Performance Evaluation -Snowflake award for being on-time and on-budget.

Provided architectural leadership in the creation of conceptual/working drawings, which led to the successful completion of over 1,215 Single/Multi-Family homes in over 30 different new Park Square communities.Created and implemented the Architecture & Permitting Department processes and procedures which resulted in saving the company over one million dollars in permit impact fee increases.

 

Managed the Pre-Construction Business Plan Schedule Performance which resulted in exceeding variance cost control reduction objectives and allowing the company to attain its annual starts & closing pre-determined operational goals. Provided ongoing leadership and actively assisted office resources through mentoring and coaching. Developed and implemented training materials currently being used companywide at the present time.Results were saving the company over 1.25 million dollars in impact fees with an aggressive permitting process and permitting over 1,215 custom homes that year.
